Shipping Fees
  • Domestic Orders (India): A standard shipping fee of INR 150 applies to all orders.
  • International Orders: A flat shipping fee of USD 30 applies to all orders.
Production & Dispatch Time
  • All orders are handmade. The production time for each item is 10-15 days (minimum). Once the product is made, it will be dispatched.
  • Please note that dispatch time is separate from shipping time, so there may be additional days for the delivery based on your location.
Payment Methods
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, this option is not available.
Import Duties and Taxes
  • For international orders, any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
  • Bruno's Crocheting is not liable for these charges and recommends checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
