• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Sale items are final and not eligible for refunds.

   • A photo of the item highlighting the defect or damage.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Return Policy

As each of our creations is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures that every item is unique and maintains the quality standard we're known for.

Exceptions

• Alterations: If adjustments are needed for fit or minor modifications, we’re happy to assist.
  • Customers are responsible for one-way shipping costs when sending the item back for alterations.
• We recommend carefully double-checking your measurements and details before placing your order to minimize the need for changes.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accommodate cancellations once an order has been placed.
